Onetastic is created by Omer Atay who is a part of OneNote developer team at Microsoft. OneTastic doesn't work with OneNote for Windows 10 but I mostly use OneNote 2016 which OneTastic supports.

Since we're interested in the macros on the right side of the list, you can click Settings there, followed by Show in a separate tab to send these buttons to a new Macros tab on the Ribbon. Many add-ins and tools have been created on top of the base OneNote feature set. Once you've got Onetastic installed, open OneNote and you should see a new section for Onetastic on the right side of the Home Ribbon tab.
